Frequently asked

What kind of businesses do you work with?
Primarily Malaysian SMEs and established mid-size firms. The Culture Observation Note is designed for smaller businesses (20–80 staff) who want a clear, written picture of where they currently stand. The Stewardship Retainer suits firms with a dedicated people-and-culture function in place.
Do staff conversations happen anonymously?
Conversations happen under shared written ground rules agreed with leadership before we begin. We do not conduct anonymous reporting beyond the scope set in the engagement agreement. What we produce is a thematic observation document, not a verbatim record or individual attribution report.
How long does the Culture Observation Note take?
Typically three to four weeks from the briefing call to delivery of the written note. Scheduling five staff conversations within an active business usually determines the pace.
Does the Team Rituals workshop require all staff to attend?
No. The two facilitated workshops in the three-week engagement are designed for the team leads or the group responsible for those rituals — not necessarily the whole organisation. We clarify scope in the initial planning conversation.
Can the Stewardship Retainer extend into individual employee matters?
It does not. The retainer covers general operational culture, written rituals, and meeting design. Individual employee-relations cases sit outside the remit of this engagement and would require different professional support.
Are the workshops conducted in Bahasa Malaysia or English?
We work in English by default, and can accommodate Bahasa Malaysia or a mixed approach depending on the team's preference. We discuss this during the initial scoping call.
