Our practice has grown out of direct fieldwork in Malaysian workplaces — not adapted from overseas frameworks. We understand multilingual teams, local hierarchies, and how feedback moves (or does not) here.
Transparent, fixed pricing
All three engagements carry a published price in ringgit. RM 560 for the Observation Note, RM 2,300 for the Rituals Workshop, RM 4,400 per month for the Stewardship Retainer. No surprise line items.
Precise scope, honestly stated
We define what each engagement includes and, crucially, what it does not. Individual HR matters, legal disputes, and personal performance issues fall outside our remit. We say so up front.

Our observation work describes what is actually happening — not what we expect to find or what the leadership team wants to hear. The organisation decides what to do with the picture.

Methods that produce usable outputs
Each engagement follows a structure we have refined through practice. The Observation Note process, for example, follows a specific sequence — briefing, written ground rules, five scoped conversations, thematic analysis, written draft, review pass, final delivery. Nothing is improvised.
That structure is what allows us to keep prices fixed and timelines predictable. The client knows what they are getting and when.
Service Quality
One point of contact, start to finish
We are a small advisory practice. That means the lead adviser you speak with at the start of an engagement is the person running it through to completion. Work is not delegated to junior staff after the pitch.
For the Stewardship Retainer, the fortnightly call cadence means you are in regular contact with a named adviser who has continuity of context — not a fresh face each month.

A six-page written document — not a slide deck, not a verbal debrief — that organisations can read carefully, share with stakeholders, and return to as a baseline. This format does not exist in most advisory offerings.
Written rituals reference
The Team Rituals Workshop produces a living document — a rituals reference the team can update as their working patterns change. It is designed to outlast the engagement itself.
Nine-month retainer arc
Nine months is long enough to observe culture across seasons — a financial year-end, a leadership change, a period of growth. Short retainers tend to miss the patterns that only become visible over time.
Language flexibility
We can work in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or a mixed approach — agreed at the briefing stage. The observation note and all written deliverables are produced in the language that works for your leadership team.
